Thank you so much for checking in and making sure all went well with our delivery.  We received the desk last Monday – much sooner than we ever expected! The desk is beautiful and was easy to assemble.  We had one minor mishap – one of the screws broke off as we were attaching the adjustable spacer bars – but we just drilled a second hole adjacent to that one and all worked out fine.  We couldn’t be happier with your product and your service.  In fact, I am a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and I have recommended you to several of my colleagues who were also looking for stand-up desks.

Thank you for providing such a handsome desk.  Everyone has been stopping by the attorney’s office and admiring the desk – they are all jealous!

Should the need arise for any more desks, I will certainly be in touch.

Bob loves his new desk. We were really impressed with the secure packing. It was pretty easy to set up as well. He just set it up yesterday in his office and is so excited!

First, S was very surprised and pleased with the desk idea. The timing couldn’t have been better as he needed to change offices and was suddenly without furniture. All the pieces arrived safely, were very well packed and went together without a hitch. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had no problems assembling the desk or sidekick, sr.

Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase and the whole experience. I appreciate very much your personal attention, double-checking inventory, calling from overseas, sending instructions and advice in purchasing. S loves the desk and is enjoying it very much. He is using it daily and wonders if we should ever need to replace the leather insets in the desktop.

The sidekick, sr. was a wise purchase – he’s putting the computer on it just as we thought – frees up desk space and adds storage options.

Finally, we now have our desk! It came yesterday and although the box looked as if it had taken a beating, your additional packing at the corners probably saved it from shipping damage.

I will be glad to write a testimonial, give you references and show my desk to potential customers.  I have nice things to say about the desk and you.

It wasn’t difficult to assemble the desk once it was removed from the packing though it took more than five minutes.. more like a half hour.   It was so well packed that getting it out of the carton and removing the packing took three people a good half hour.  The directions were fine, even for a non-mechanical, spatially challenged person like me.

Finally, you’d have a major competitive advantage if you could manage to keep desks in stock and ship them when ordered.   At least for people with back problems like mine, time is important and was one reason I didn’t order from the Standup Desk Company.  I didn’t want to wait several months.  The other is their pricing was insane.

Having said all that, the desk is great. Its beautiful, sturdy and fits well in my office.  The stool is surprisingly comfortable too.

Did you design it?   And finally, did you really have an Uncle Alex who worked at a standup desk?  Enjoy your world travels.

Hi, Graham – Thanks for your query. All the pieces arrived safely (one on Friday, 2 on Saturday). I was “up and running by Sunday evening. No problems with assembly, condition, instructions. It’s really quite an excellent piece of furniture. Also big! My wife is still staring in amazement!

Bottom line: Great piece; I’m very happy with it.  I especially like the two position top. I didn’t know that was in the design.

I did get it and I’m very happy with he desk.  The quality is very good and I had no problems getting it set up — especially since I had some of our warehouse staff at work set it up for me!
